I thought I would use my first entry to give a bit of information on myself and my goals.

This is not my first account on Deviant-Art but I plan to make it my last.

Ever since I took that first communications technology class back when I lived in Las Vegas I have had a profound love of all forms of digital art.
I have never been any good with drawing or painting so when I found a way to take my creative mind and put it into some form of media I jumped on the band-wagon.

Since then I have been slowly perfecting my skills and only hope to improve more as the years pass.

All throughout high school I was taking Comm-Tech courses and passed each semester with a 95+ average. During my last year I was also a student teacher for two classes, teaching grade 10's and 11's the basics of Photoshop and Illustrator.

As soon as I graduated I got accepted to SAIT (a tech school) for the
New Media Production and Design program.
I was so pumped for this only to find out it was not at all what I expected.
The program was split up so half of it was more artsy fartsy (which I like)
While the other half was programming and HTML (which I have learned to loathe)
After a year of being bored to tears by typing away code like a monkey and being able to out teach the teachers in Photoshop and Illustrator I dropped out.

So this is where I am right now.
I have decided to take the next year off and to enjoy myself. I am working at Don's photo and saving up some money.
I plan to keep building up my portfolio (and of coarse posting my works here)
And in a years time I’m going to go into the program I should have taken in the first place....

So that’s a little bit about myself. I hope I didn't bore you to tears.

I am looking forward to expanding my circle of friends on DA, and working toward being a well-known Deviant.
